Fat Blog- Day 17

I woke up to nausea and cramps. I had to take IB-profen and lay down with a heating pack before I could effectively operate. I still feel like crap, 13 hours later.

Breakfast
luna bar 3
french bread toast 2

Lunch
Tomato soup 1
coffee

Dinner (committee meeting again!)
1/2 cup sweet sour chicken 5
1 cup chick and broccoli 3
egg roll 4

30 minutes boxing and Jon started teaching me jiu jitsu.
