Fat Blog-Day 3

My back and shoulders are tight from my first taekwondo class of the year. big plans to go spar with colleen this weekend, NO excuses lady! Been trying to move my ass every night in some way.

Breakfast
Coffee 0
Cran-nut bread 3

Lunch
1/2 a Ruby Tuesday Veggie Burger (with swiss and mushrooms) no mayo: 14
side of tomato mozz 3

15 minutes of balance ball pilates, about 15 seconds of jump rope (the rope was too long and the light too low) and about 5 minutes of yoga +1

Dinner
Vegetarian chicken patty 3
1/4 cup of cream garlic shells 3

Total Points: 25
