This week in diet sabotage features: "Lite" Progresso Soup
For obvious reasons. The soup is supposed to be 0 points for half of the can but if you eat the whole can the soup is worth 2 points.
More importantly, I found myself with the latter half of a can of Progresso soup this eve and I began agonizing over whether it was actually 0 points, whether there was actually more pasta in it then the first portion and therefore was it really 1 point?
Therefore, Progresso Soup is the enemy this week.
