Ugh. I need a vacation. Two more days!!

B: smart start cereal 190 cal, turkey-sausage/egg white sandwich 280 cal, blueberries 220 cal and skim milk 70 cal
L: slenderize juice 5 cal, baby spinach, bacos, whole wheat croutons, feta and grilled chicken salad 215 cal, rice pudding 70 cal
D: Muttar paneer, chickpeas and rice 320 cal, wheat bread 120 cal and rice pudding 210 cal
Exercise: 60 min cardio + 500
