Fat blog - Day 222

Big fan of the Abs Diet. The recipes in the book are easy to follow and are pretty tasty. This was the menu Saturday. Sunday I wasn't terrible.

Breakfast
: 1 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup peaches and tbsp almonds
Lunch: "Que Sera Quesadilla"
  • 2 medium tortilla
  • 1/2 cup reduced fat mexican cheese blend
  • 1/2 cup grilled chicken
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 1 sliced green onion
  • salsa
Snack: carrots
Dinner: Slice of homemade pizza
