Fat Blog- Day 350

I really want dessert. A lot more than a serving size. I really want a flat tummy more.

Bfast: mattar paneer 600 cal
basmati rice 200 cal
Lunch: Lime Shrimp (kashi) 250 cal
Apple, clementine 110 cal
60 min cardio +500
Dinner: Tofu Shiratake noodles 30 cal
Alfredo 255 cal
shrimp, spinach and chicken 210 cal
Dessert: caramel delight 180 cal

Total calories: 1830 cal

I had that problem Saturday. I caved and had a snickerdoodle cookie at Starbucks and pumpkin ice cream which tastes exactly like pumpkin pie.

Know how I felt afterward? You know how. Terrible. Hopefully that thought helps drive your thoughts of dessert clean away.

I held back. I won the battle of second dessert. I won kind of by accident. I made dessert for myself and my gentleman friend and I swore he asked for chocolate soy milk on his sugary cereal. Turns out he asked for a glass of chocolate soy milk and cried like a toddler when I handed him the cereal mixed with the milk.

Long story short I ate the cereal and I hate chocolate soy milk. It was helpful in curbing the cravings... kind of like eating poo.
